Zavattaro was a beloved baseball coach and mentor to many MCLA alumni, staff, faculty, and the community at large. His reach was far beyond baseball, though. As athletic director, Zavattaro helped with the creation for what is now known as the Joseph Zavattaro Athletic Complex, which includes the turf soccer field, grass soccer fields, baseball and softball facilities, and tennis courts. To honor Coach Zavattaro, MCLA is fundraising to support the Trailblazer Baseball Program. Please consider contributing to the baseball program initiatives in memory of Coach Zavattaro.
